Howling Peaks reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or refuse service at any time

Deposits must be received during scheduling to secure your appointments, cancellations ore reschedules with less than proper notice forfeit deposit

Payments must be made prior to or at the time of service

Refunds or rescheduling will only be honored if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for daycare, 48 hours for training and 2 weeks prior to arrival date for boarding

Daycare services are charged full price and forfeited if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice

Training services forfeit their prepayment, package credit or class fee if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, this is for private AND group classes

Boarding services and Stay & Learn Programs forfeit their deposit if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date

Daycare Packages purchased expire 90 days after purchase date

Training Packages purchased expire 180 days after purchase date

There is a $20 per day early pick-up/late drop-off charge for boarding clients adjusting their existing reservation by day(s) with less than 2 weeks notice. Once a boarding dog is checked in, parents are responsible for all originally booked dates even if they pick up early.

Dogs will undergo a temperament test for Daycare and Boarding services

Temperament Tests must be redone if dog has been absent for 1 year

We do not offer same day Temperament Tests for Boarding reservations. Temperament Tests must be a month prior to any boarding stay

New boarding clients and dogs who have not boarded/been to daycare in the past 6 months are required to complete 3 half days of daycare prior to boarding, this is at the discretion of Howling Peaks

Dogs may be dismissed from Daycare and Boarding services if behavior is no longer conducive to a group setting

Male dogs must be neutered or have a vasectomy if over 6 months of age and we cannot accept females in season.

All dogs must have veterinary written proof of up-to-date vaccinations including Rabies, Parvo/Distemper and Bordetella. We also require a current Rabies Certificate to be on file

Flea and lice prevention is required. It must be applied by Howling Peaks or veterinary proof of application

All dogs must be in good health and free of any condition that would jeopardize the health of other dogs
